Our story
DAP Resources, Inc. was founded in 2014 by Patricia Downs to answer a growing need: agencies wanted to run effective programs, but keeping up with government regulations was pulling time and energy away from the mission.
Patricia had spent her career on the inside of that challenge. Over more than 26 years working with the Federal Transit Administration, she has led and supported Triennial Reviews, State Management Reviews, Procurement System Reviews, civil rights programs, compliance and oversight, and grants administration.
Today, DAP Resources brings that experience to federal, state, and local clients. We help them develop, implement, and monitor federally funded projects and programs so they stay compliant, stay funded, and stay focused on the people they serve.
